First Edition. London: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1875. Small 8vo. Original blue-green publisher's cloth. Pages: [vi], frontispiece, x, 341. 2 pages of advertisements. Folding map at rear. 

Bound in original blue-green publisher's cloth. Covers ruled and stamped in gilt and blind. Spine lettering stamped in gilt. Edges uncut. Very good. Binding very slightly loosened, though still secure. Cover board creased diagonally across lower corner. Some minor rubbing along edges and corners. Contents in excellent condition. Tearing to FBEP. Some toning to preliminaries, otherwise extremely well preserved. Folding map has some small creases, otherwise pristine.
