At Harry Hartog, we take pride in the quality of our fashion collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Harry Hartog account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
